And Josie Naughton Choose Love CEO, and Negar Tayyar, Co-founder of the Global Wholebeing Fund, have recently returned from Turkey and Syria. There, they witnessed the ongoing crisis and urgent needs of people affected by the February Earthquakes.
Although the crisis might not be in the news, help is still critically needed. Rebuilding towns, schools, homes, and lives takes time. Please listen to their story and help in any way you can. Even small donations go directly to those in need.
In the show notes, you’ll find links to the fundraiser and Choose Love’s store. Here, you can buy real items like food, clothing bundles, or even life-changing support for those who need it most.
Choose Love is a UK charity, and Choose Love, Inc. is a US non-profit. They provide refugees and displaced people with essentials like tents, rescue boats, food, clothes, and legal help. Under Josie’s leadership, a passionate team has helped one million people and raised millions for nearly 150 organizations.
You might remember my interview with Negar last year. She co-founded the Global Wholebeing Fund, which supports the needs of displaced people, often called refugees by the media.
Now, without further ado, let’s hear from Josie and Negar.
